A frightening shift in policy

I am normally not one to get to riled about politics.  I have
some struggles with the current administration but as a rule, I am of
the opinion that the American system doesn’t allow for empires to be
built since there is a max of 8 years for one administration.

But this one just flat scares me. The U.S. Removes Nuclear Brakes.

In the era of a single, ruthless superpower, whose
leadership intends to shape the world according to its own forceful
world view, nuclear weapons have become a attractive instrument for
waging wars, even against enemies that do not possess nuclear arms.

In short, the Bush administration has been working towards low yeild
tactical nukes that can, in theory, be used with minimal impact. Folks,
there is no such thing as minimal impact from a nuclear weapon.
If the world didn’t hate us before, they surely will now.
